Services & scope

We provide packing, transport, storage, and ocean shipping between mainland U.S. and Puerto Rico. Hazardous, perishable, or prohibited items may be declined per carrier and customs rules.

Quotes, billing, and changes

Estimates are based on the details you provide. Final charges reflect actual inventory, access, third-party fees, and selected insurance. Schedule changes are accommodated as available; additional fees may apply for late changes or cancellations.

Liability & coverage

Standard carrier liability is limited. Full-value protection or declared value coverage is available and recommended for high-value shipments. Claims must be submitted in writing within stated timeframes on your bill of lading.
